Fix the toilet lid with the enclosed fasteners.
Connect the water hose to the control module.

Checklist before purchase

Measure the distance: Please measure the distance from the toilet to the water connection. This will ensure that the 100 cm hose supplied is sufficient. For greater distances, we offer a 200 cm long hose in the store. The two hoses cannot be easily combined. The maximum distance should not exceed 200 cm.
Check the control panel position: Note that the control panel of the BIDETLITY Spa is mounted on the right-hand side as standard and cannot be mounted on the left-hand side. Check whether this is suitable for the layout of your bathroom.

Is the control panel only on the right-hand side?

The control panel of the BIDETLITY Spa is mounted on the right-hand side as standard. You can purchase a hose extension in our store. This allows you to use the bidet even if the nearest washbasin is on the other side.

Is my toilet compatible with the BIDETLITY Spa?

I can well understand your concerns. Fortunately, the BIDETLITY Spa is designed to be compatible with 95% of all standard toilets in Germany. You have the choice of connecting the water supply via a nearby washbasin or directly via the cistern of your toilet. This makes installation flexible and adaptable to most bathroom layouts.

Does the BIDETLITY Spa require a power connection?

No, the BIDETLITY Spa works completely without electricity. It is environmentally friendly and easy for anyone to install.

How is the water routed to the bidet?

Installing the BIDETLITY Spa is child's play. You connect it to the water supply of your toilet using the enclosed adapter. The supplied hose connects the adapter to the bidet. It is pressure-based and does not require a power connection. Simply turn the knob and the water flows!

Aren't wet wipes just as good as a bidet?

No, wet wipes are not comparable to a bidet. In the long term, wet wipes can cause skin irritation, tears and even HPV-related complaints such as anal warts. Wet wipes are also harmful to both the environment and the sewage system. A bidet, on the other hand, is a gentle and environmentally friendly alternative.

Where does the bidet attachment get its water from? Is it clean?

Your BIDETLITY Spa is connected directly to the fresh water supply with a hose. This means that the water is just as pure and safe as that from your sink or shower.

Is the water hose of the BIDETLITY Spa compatible with standard connections?

Don't worry - all the necessary adapters for installation are included in the scope of delivery.

The water hose of the BIDETLITY Spa has a 9/16-inch dimension, which differs from the standard dimensions used in Europe. For this reason, extensions cannot be purchased in regular DIY stores. The package includes a 100 cm long water hose and adapter to 3/8 inch.

We also offer a 200 cm hose in our store if a longer length is required.

Can I connect two hoses together?

Yes, you can connect two hoses together. In our store, we offer a stainless steel connector that allows you to connect the 100 cm hose supplied with the optional 200 cm extension hose. This allows you to extend the total length of your Bidetlity spa hose to up to 300 cm.
