Equal access to medical care is a matter of course for us in Germany, but unfortunately it is not for many women around the world. Yet our physical and mental health is a precious commodity and promoting it is one of BIDETLITY's goals.

With the non-profit organization @earthmedicinephysicalrehab of FABIOLA VELASQUEZ and her team of therapists from different medical fields, we now support a project that cares for refugees on Lesbos with donations of butt showers or intimate showers and monetary donations.

Deforestation is a global phenomenon caused by a variety of factors. These factors range from large-scale slash-and-burn agriculture to unsustainable agriculture to the daily destruction of forests in communities.

The regions most affected by deforestation are very poor and underdeveloped areas. With few options to feed their families, members of impoverished communities are often forced to destroy their environment in order to survive, for example by cutting down trees for construction, fuel, heating or agriculture. This solves a short-term problem, but when forests are cut down and not replanted, there are long-term consequences. The effects of deforestation are dramatic as it leads to severe flooding, erosion and desertification. The long-term effects of deforestation lead to even greater environmental degradation.

Eden Reforestation Projects starts by hiring local people to plant trees. This gives local people a fair and steady income with which to feed their families. As reforestation progresses, healthy forests are created and the harmful effects of deforestation gradually disappear.

Currently planted in Nepal, Madagascar, Haiti, Indonesia, Mozambique, Kenya, Honduras & Nicaragua.
